Mid-Ocean provides no “hands-on” investment management capability but rather a comprehensive service that monitors and measures a client’s existing (or new) investment manager or managers.

This is implemented though by following this 4-step process:

1. The analysis of a client’s investment objectives.
2. The setting of a measuring criteria (benchmarks etc).
3. A comprehensive and collated, time weighted reporting function.
4. Objective and subjective analysis relating to absolute and relative performance of one or more investment managers.

And while Mid-Ocean provides no investment management itself, it has access to some of the world’s top money managers – some of whom are not available to the general public.
